In 2018, Tiffany was diagnosed with a rare medical condition that changed her life. While she was battling, she was learning. She became passionate about the link between eating healthy, healing, & feeling fantastic. When the space on Toronto Road became available, the Simmons family recognized an opportunity to help others reach their own health & wellness goals. The Simmons family is committed to utilizing clean ingredients, keeping healthy options affordable for all, & creating a community where everybody & every body feels welcomed.

In 2022, Shake This opened with an overwhelming outpouring of support that far exceeded expectations.
Soon, countless requests for deliveries & onsite events began to come in. To ensure the quality of product and service, Shake This took a leap of faith & went mobile.
